Why is it important for Kids to Believe in Themselves and How Does this Make them Resilient?

This class will explore the reasons why it is important for kids to believe in themselves and how this fosters resilience. We will look at the ways in which we, as parents, can help to foster a sense of belief and possibility in our children in a way which allows them to maximize their potential within their own unique context.
